We’ve just completed the recovery of a valuable NFT collection for a customer in California.
The NFTs were held in a Metamask wallet and both the 12 word seed phrase and password to the account had been lost.
The recovery was done in England. We remote accessed the customer’s Mac in California and downloaded the data files we needed from his hard drive. We were then able to crack both the password and also recover the wallet’s private keys and 12 seed word recovery phrase – see below.
